At Brookes Healthcare Recruitment we take our responsibility to our Clients and Candidates very seriously.
As a recruitment agency, our business falls under the Statutory Instrument ‘The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003’, however, we have always believed that we should exceed expectations where our dealings with both Candidates and Clients are concerned. With this in mind, we have a coherent and integrated structure of policies and guidelines covering all aspects Fair and Ethical Working Practices, Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental and Social Responsibility.
These Policies and Guidelines are regularly reviewed and updated, and we assess our performance against our stated ideals with the aim of continuous improvement. Whilst all this happens in the background and you may even be unaware of it, these processes govern our day to day method of working, ensuring Clients and Candidates alike are treated fairly, temporary staff are paid promptly and invoices are correct and submitted in a timely fashion.
